Victor Lawrence

A native of New York City now based in Southern California, Victor Lawrence has played cello on hundreds of motion picture and television scores, including The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up, Ice Age, Moana, Jurassic World, Spider-Man, Star Trek, Mission Impossible, Planet of the Apes and Lost. His cello solos are featured on the Clint Eastwood film Changeling and the TV show Fringe. Victor has worked on records for artists such as Paul McCartney, Barbra Streisand, Kelly Clarkson, Carly Simon, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson and Madonna. He has played in pit orchestras on Broadway in New York and served as substitute cellist with the New York Philharmonic for five seasons. His Bachelor’s degree is from the Juilliard School and Master’s degree from Manhattan School of Music.
