Gina Coletti
Gina Coletti has participated in festivals such as the Camerata Deia in Spain, Tuscon Chamber Music Festival, and the Dilijian Chamber Music Series and Synergy Ensemble in Los Angeles. She has collaborated with artists such as Martin Chalifour, Peter Stumpf, and members of the Tokyo String Quartet. In 2003, she performed the role of composer/violist Rebecca Clarke in Virginia Wolfe's play "Freshwater" at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Her performance of Clarke's Sonata caused one critic to claim: "the sonata proved to be a thing of shimmering beauty...." She has performed with the Los Angeles Opera, the Los Angeles Master Choral and served for several years as principal of the Mozart Chamber Orchestra. In 2007 she was an honoree for Los Angeles Music Week for her musical contributions to the community and was honored by the City of Los Angeles in the City Hall Chambers. She has a Masters from the Juilliard School and was awarded the Golden Medal in the Humanities upon graduating from Stanford University.
