Adriana Triggs

Adriana Triggs, a native of Southern California, holds a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance as a student of Mark Lakirovich at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. She also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance and Music Education from Chapman University Conservatory of Music.


Adriana is an active freelance professional musician throughout LA and Orange counties. She has performed with the Los Angeles Chamber Choir, Musishare Chamber Players, Golden State Pops Orchestra, Rose Chamber Orchestra, Capistrano Valley Symphony, Sinfonia at the Aspen Music Festival and Blackbird Music Project. Adriana was recently featured as a soloist for the upcoming motion picture, A Date With Miss Fortune.


In addition to orchestral playing, Adriana is an active chamber music performer giving concerts both in Orange County and San Francisco. In the summer of 2013 she was on faculty at the Capistrano International Chamber Music Festival in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Recently this summer Adriana was on the teaching faculty at Casa Romantica Music Festival and Academy where she also performed chamber music with other professionals from New York City and locally.


During Adriana’s studies at the Chicago College of Performing Arts, her live string quartet performance of Webern’s Langsamer Satz was feautured on 98.7 WFMT, Chicago’s leading classical music radio station.


In addition to performing, Adriana is a dedicated educator and has had extensive experience both in the classroom and privately. She currently serves as the teaching assistant to renowned violin pedagogue, Professor William Fitzpatrick and maintains a violin studio at home in Mission Viejo, CA where she lives with her husband, violist Phillip Triggs and son Thomas.
